Arrive at Kathmandu the capital city of Nepal. Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, you’ll be greeted by our hospitality and the vibrant atmosphere of the city. You will be provided comfortable hotel for your stay as per our service.
On day 2,The trek starts with you departing from Kathmandu via Jeep to Jagat, through Prithvi Highway, which approximately takes 6 hours. The distance between Kathmandu and Jagat bhanjyang is 150km.
The destination for our 3rd-day trip is Dharapani, a beautiful village at the confluence of 2 rivers. The distance is 15km and takes approximately 8 hours of walk from Jagat.
For our 4th day, our destination is Chame. Distance is 15.5km and takes around 4.5 hours to reach on foot. Here, we get to see stunning scenery as climbing to Timang through a beautiful pine forest. From Koto, we have a remarkable view of Annapurna 2 and Manaslu. At Chame, we enter the Buddhist place with chortens, mane’s walls, and prayer flags decorating the route. Nearby Chame is the head-quarter of Manang district and is has lodges, internet. Cafes, health posts, and banks
Day 5: Chame to Pisang
On Day 5, the trek begins from Chame to Pisang, covering about 4.5 km with an elevation gain of around 600 meters and taking approximately 5–6 hours on foot. Along the way, we pass through Gurung villages and enjoy beautiful views of the Himalayan range from Manaslu to Annapurna II. We first reach Bhuratang, a village famous for its apples and delicious apple pies. Continuing the journey, we pass Dhukur Pokhari, where we can see the distant view of Swarga Dwari, believed to be the gateway to heaven. After crossing the road and several bridges, we arrive at Upper Pisang, known for its traditional houses, grassy fields, and stunning mountain views of Annapurna II, Gangapurna, and Lamjung Himal. We spend the night at a lodge in Pisang.
6th day of our trek starts from Upper Pisang to Nawal. It takes about 15 minutes via jeep to reach Nawal and 4-5 hours on foot. Nawal is a big village with lots of mane wall. The scenario we see from here is the Magnificient Mountains and clouds trying their level best to surprise us with its beauty.
On Day 7, our trek continues towards Manang. from Nawal, we take the upper trekking route through the beautiful village of Ghyaru. Along the way, we see yaks grazing and enjoy stunning views of mountains such as Annapurna II, Annapurna III, Gangapurna, Tilicho Peak, Pisang Peak, and Lamjung Himal. Passing through pine forests and pasture fields, we reach Braga, where the trail meets the road leading to Manang. After trekking for about 4–5 hours, we arrive at Manang (3,540 m), known for its stone entrance gates, colorful chortens, monasteries, Tibetan-style houses, unique culture, and breathtaking mountain scenery.
So today is about acclimatization. We let our bodies rest and adjust to feel good so that we will have many options to explore. In the afternoon we shall hike shortly To Milarepa’s Cave across the river from Braga, a visit to “100 rupee Lama” at cave gompa or walk around Gangapurna Lake.
The 9th day of the journey continues our way towards the Ledar from Manang. Takes about 5-6 hours by walk and the way goes through Thorung la Pass, Khyangsar to yak kharka. Khyangsar is a Tibetan style village with an old monastery. We can enjoy a nice snow-capped Mountain View from here as well. We then cross the river again and follow towards yak kharka or Ledar where we stay overnight in the lodge.
The 10th day of the trek continues towards the Thorung Phedi along the bank of Jarsang River. Phedi is at the altitude of 4410m. It is a short walk of 4-5 hours to reach Phedi. En-route we view yak pastures and some time travel ascending and descending the journey. Slowly, we move towards the bottom of the valley to save our breath.
Today is the hard day for us as we will be crossing Thorung la pass 5416m, the highest point of our trek. However, the panoramic view has rewarded our effort. After having breakfast at Phedi, our journey continues to Muktinath. It will be 8-9 hours of walking to reach the destination. We also can get to view Gangapurna, Annapurna, and other peaks as well. After several ups and downs, we can reach Muktinath. Muktinath (3800m) is an important pilgrimage site for Buddhists and Hindus, scared for its auspicious combination of earth, water, fire. Finally, for today we will take rest at Muktinath.
On the 12th day of our trek, departure will be in the early morning after we worship lord Vishnu at Muktinath Temple. Then we will have breakfast and will proceed to Jomsom.
On Day 13, we travel from Jomsom to Pokhara by bus. The journey takes us through beautiful landscapes, river valleys, and small villages along the Kali Gandaki Valley. Enjoy scenic views of the surrounding hills and mountains during the drive. After several hours of travel, we arrive in the beautiful lakeside city of Pokhara, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Overnight stay in Pokhara.
On Day 14, we take a scenic flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu. Enjoy stunning aerial views of the Himalayas, including Annapurna and Machapuchare, as well as the beautiful Pokhara Valley from above. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing or exploring the city. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
